Are you a farmer in the Manchester area? You are invited to attend the Farmer-Led Conservation Group for their Annual Meeting on April 2, 2020 from 8 am-1 pm at LISD Tech Center, located at 1372 North Main Street in Adrian. There will be a free continental breakfast and lunch to those who RSVP.

The speaker will be Jim Hoorman, who worked previously at Ohio State University Extension and the Natural Resources Conservation Service as a Soil Health Specialist. He now has his own business: Hoorman Soil Health Services. Jim will dig into the details of soil and water health by speaking about the biology of soil compaction and cover crops.
