According to a notice from Manchester Community Schools central office, this is a Board of Education election year and there are currently four Board members that are up for re-election (if they so choose).
Those up for re-election include: Chris Fegan, Karen Rothfuss, Jeremy Koch, and Tom Mann. School board seats are non-partisan so candidates must file by July 21 to be placed on the November ballot.
Village council positions are also non-partisan, so the July 21 filing deadline also applies to candidates for Village Council offices. Up for election this year are seats held by Pat Vailliencourt, Village President; Marty Way, President Pro-Tem; Pat DuRussel, Trustee; and Dana Andrews, Trustee.
Petitions are available from the Manchester Township Clerk.
