ATTENTION VILLAGE OF MANCHESTER RESIDENTS

NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing has been scheduled for June 1st, 2020 at the regular Council Meeting at 7:00 PM for the purpose of discussing adoption of the 2020/2021 Budget. This public hearing will be held via teleconferencing.  The public may attend the meeting by making a telephone call to (313) 209-3070 and using access code 559491. The public may comment by pressing 5* on the phone and then waiting for President Vailliencourt to call your name or the last four digits of the phone number you called in on. A copy of the budget is available via email- jschaible@vil-manchester.org and on the village website- www.vil-manchester.org.

THE PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE RATE PROPOSED TO BE LEVIED TO SUPPORT THE PROPOSED BUDGET WILL BE A SUBJECT OF THIS HEARING.

Public comments, either oral or written, are welcome at the Public Hearing. Please leave written comments in the drop box at the Village Hall entry or email them to jschaible@vil-manchester.org by 4:00 pm, June 1, 2020. Handicapped persons needing assistance or aid should contact the Manchester Village Offices during regular hours forty-eight hours prior to the meeting.
