WCSO report: April 2020 police activity in Village of Manchester
During the month of April there were 50 calls for service. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, no traffic stops were made, and no citations were issued.
Noteworthy events in Manchester Village during the last month include:
- On April 2, the collaboration deputy responded to the 300 block of Schaffer Ct. for a Health and Safety Violation regarding the executive order. The business owner was advised of the violation and agreed to cease the activity.
- On April 4, the collaboration responded to the 200 block of Adrian for a Health and Safety complaint regarding the executive order. The complaint was unfounded.
- On April 5, the collaboration deputy responded to 101 Hibbard for a large gathering. The subjects were advised, and dispersed willingly.
- On April 6, the collaboration responded to the 700 block of E. Main for a Health and Safety Violation complaint. Deputies contacted the workers and they were advised regarding the Executive Order.
- On April 8, Deputies were dispatched to E. Main and Ann Arbor St. regarding a Health and Safety Violation complaint. The complaint was unfounded.
- On April 13, deputies handled an identity theft complaint in the 100 block of Woodland Way. The reportee had been advised that unknown persons had already used personal information to make a claim for unemployment.
- On April 21, the collaboration Deputy responded to the 100 block of W. Main St. for a health and safety complaint regarding the Executive Order. The complaint was unfounded.
- On April 23, the collaboration Deputy responded to the 100 block of S. Union for a disorderly complaint. Contact was made with all parties. The subject who was at the location creating a disturbance was served a trespass notice and left the area.
- On April 28, the collaboration Deputy responded to the 100 block of W. Main St. for a health and safety complaint regarding the Executive Order. The complaint was unfounded.
Deputies investigated one ordinance violation during the month of April 2020.
