Obituary: Roman Foss

Roman Foss (1946 – 2020)

Roman Foss, 76, passed away May 21, 2020.  He was born on December 3, 1946 in Pinsk, Poland to Rudolpho and Anna (Jakowez) Foss. Roman married the love of his life, Judy Gamache, on June 22, 1968 in Dearborn, Michigan. He will be remembered for his dry humor and quick wit. Roman proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. Upon returning home he gained employment through a General Motors plant as a plant manager, retiring after 35 years. He enjoyed watching boxing and listening to classic rock. 

Roman will be missed by his children, Kimberly Foss, Richard L. Foss, Lori Hessler, Renee (Leon) Senters, Joseph Foss, Richard J. Foss and Danielle Scott; two brothers, Basil and Pete; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and several others who will mourn him. He is preceded in death by his wife Judy, four brothers and one sister. He will also be missed by his dog Kiro, and close friends and neighbors, Webb Seegert and family.
