NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
July 15, 2020, 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City, Manchester, MI 48158.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow public comment on the re-zoning of parcel # PM-16-02-265-001, PM-16-02-265-002, PM-16-02-265-003, PM-16-02-265- 004, located at 328 Riverbend. The request is to change the zoning from AG-Agricultural to PUD-Planned Unit Development.

If you would like to comment and are not able to attend the meeting, you may send written comments to the Village Clerk, 912 City, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.

The Manchester Village Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Manchester Village Clerk at (734) 428-7877.
