NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
September 16th, 2020, 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. PLEASE CONSULT THE VILLAGE WEBSITE (www.vil-manchester.org) OR CALL THE VILLAGE OFFICE (734 428-7877) THE WEEK OF THE HEARING FOR THE CURRENT MEETING PROTOCOLS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow public comment on the re-zoning of parcel # PM-16-02-464-005 located at 121 West Main Street. The request is to change the zoning from C-2- General Commercial to R-1B-Single Family Residential (Medium Density).

If you would like to comment and are not able to attend the meeting, you may send written comments to the Village Clerk, P.O. Box 485, 912 City, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16th, 2020.

The Manchester Village Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Manchester Village Clerk at (734) 428-7877.
