BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING SYNOPSIS 1-Oct-20

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:03 p.m. Five board members were present (quorum) with 9 citizens in attendance. Board heard citizen participation. Board approved the 3-Sep-20 meeting minutes as presented. Board approved the 24-Sep-20 meeting minutes as presented. Board approved the agenda as amended. Board heard presentation of 2020 audit. Board heard from Gerken Materials. Board approved monthly claims of $42,403.42. Board approved lowering sewer rate & moving monies. Board approved Metro Act right-of-way. Board approved JD Janitorial proposal. Board heard supervisor, clerk, treasurer & trustee reports. Board received written reports from the sheriff, assessor, planning commission & zoning administrator. Board heard citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
