Notice to Creditors: Estate of Ray E. Wurster

To All Creditors:

The Settlor, Ray E. Wurster, born on August 23, 1946, lived at Sharon Hollow, died on September 15, 2020. There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letter of Administration have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Ray E. Wurster personally, will forever be banned unless presented to Vicky S. Wurster, Successor Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of publication.

Notices is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
