It’s time to play some basketball

Newly-appointed high school basketball coach, Zach Neal, announced this week that High School basketball tryouts will begin Monday, November 16 at the high school. Varsity tryouts run from 5-7 pm, with Junior Varsity following from 7 -9 pm.

“All high school boys grades 9-12 are encouraged to sign up in Mr. Ignash’s classroom at the High School,” said Neal.

Neal added that the middle school basketball season has also recently started as of last Monday, November 2.  “We welcome new seventh-grade coach Lance Fielder this season, and he will be joined by veteran eighth grade coach Nick Niehaus,” he concluded.

With the inclusion of the youth hoops clinic this fall, it will be a great season for Manchester basketball. Come on out and watch!
