Manchester High School

Usually, graduating Manchester High School seniors can apply for a long list of scholarships provided by the community. Unfortunately, this school year, scholarship funds are one more thing on which COVID-19 has taken a toll.

High School counselor, Hollie Kolcz stated, “Over the years, our community has offered an incredible amount of scholarship funds to our graduates. I am always amazed at the generosity of local businesses, organizations, and families each year. It is a beautiful thing and our students are extremely fortunate to have such great support. This year, there is an understandable and significant reduction in the number of scholarships and amount of funds available for our students. Businesses are struggling.”

Scholarship applications go live to the seniors on Feb 26th and are due March 26th. Kolcz is asking that if anyone is interested in starting a scholarship or donating to one that is already in existence, to contact her through the school at 428-7333 ext 1106.
