The Nellie Ackerson Building located at 410 City Road has sat empty since 2018

Last Friday the Manchester Community Schools announced a Nellie Ackerson Building Open House for developers, contractors, and any parties interested in purchasing the the property. The 60,000+ square feet Ackerson building, located at 410 City Road, has sat empty since 2018, at which time it held the district’s administrative services and preschool program. Friday, February 19th from 9 am -1 pm will be by appointment only. Schedule an appointment by calling 734-428-7442, ext. 1200.
