Shirley Disch of Manchester is the winner of the I ❤️ Downtown Manchester Contest. Her name was drawn on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Worth Repeating.

Shirley wins a $200 gift certificate, that may be spent at any combination of the 17 participating merchants in downtown Manchester to be used in the month of March. Manchester merchants enjoyed participating in the event. We hope to repeat the program in the future with even more businesses and residents participating!
