NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manchester Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Manchester Township Hall Board Room, located at 275 South Macomb St., Manchester, MI 48158, on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 7:00 pm for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed Zoning Ordinance text amendment regulating and allowing accessory dwelling units that are intended to provide older homeowners with an opportunity to stay more comfortably in smaller homes they might otherwise be forced to leave, to develop housing units in single-family areas that are appropriate for households at a variety of stages in their life cycle, and to provide housing units for persons with disabilities.
