Manchester Township Board of Trustees Meeting Synopsis for May 11, 2021

The regular monthly meeting of the Manchester Township Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:00pm by Supervisor Milkey. Supervisor Milkey, Clerk Proctor, Treasurer Thompson, Trustees Fusilier, Jarvis and Moutinho were present.  Absent Trustee Seefeld.

Board approved agenda as amended.  The Board approved meeting minutes from April 13, 2021 meeting.  Accepted meeting minutes from Village of Manchester meetings April 5 and April 19, 2021. Planning Commission meeting minutes from May 6, 2021 accepted.

The Board accepted reports from the Zoning Administrator, receiving more calls on new homes. Fire Chief presented report for April 2021. Fire runs are still on the rise within our service area. Board heard update on county wide Broadband. Discussion followed regarding moving recycle containers from the current location at Manchester Market.  Reappointed Sybil Kolon to another term on the Planning Commission.

Meeting adjourned at 8:16pm.
