Letter to the Editor: Thanks to the community

To The Editor:

The most wonderful birthday I’ve ever had in ninety-three years; thanks to all the good people in this great town who made it that way. I want to thank the Historical Society who at the last moment were able to have (our celebration) there in their building — weather was so unpredictable on June 27th, and it was so hot outside. All the nice cards, flowers, and gifts were overwhelming. My camera played music for us and it was beautiful.

I’m staying in this wonderful town. I love it — everyone is so helpful, and so friendly
