ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

September 7, 2021- 7:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the application for variance submitted by Edward Masterson at 705 East Main Street. The variance asks for relief from the requirement that access to a single-family dwelling shall be limited to one (1) individual driveway.

If you would like to comment on the application and are unable to attend the public hearing, you may send written comments to Julie Schaible, Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI  48158, or deliver them in person, by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

The Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice to the Village.
