NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manchester Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Manchester Township Hall Board Room, located at 275 South Macomb St., Manchester, MI 48158, on March 31, 2022 at 7:00 pm for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed variance to allow a relaxation of front and rear setbacks from the required approximately sixty feet (60’) front setback and required fifty (50’) feet for the rear setback to approximately thirty-nine (39) feet for each, for the redevelopment of the Consumer Energy Chelsea – Manchester Regulator Station, located on a 0.3 acre property at the east side of M-52, north of Dutch Drive and South of Ann Arbor Road at 10591 M-52. Detailed plans for review at the Manchester Township Hall and written comments regarding the proposed variance should be directed to the Manchester Township Clerk at Manchester Township, 275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158.
