NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Elva L. Heslip, who lived at 12779 Schleweis Rd., Manchester, Michigan, died on 4/4/2022. There is no personal representative of the decedent’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Heslip Family Trust, dated 9/4/2007, will be forever barred unless presented to Daniel Heslip, Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
