Kain, you were full of life and love for your children and family. We all loved you so very much. Your children were proud to call you daddy and loved the many times you spent playing basketball or tossing a football or just snuggling with them. We were proud to have you as our son for your all too short time on this earth. Somehow, we will go on because this isn’t goodbye, just see you later. You left us with a part of you in your four beautiful children and for that we are blessed and forever grateful. We will keep your memory alive through them. Our beautiful Kain, you were the best daddy and son you could be and we will miss you until we are all together again.

A celebration of Kain’s life will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 2 – 7 pm at the Manchester Sportsman Club in Manchester. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kain Popkey Memorial Fund at https://gofund.me/6ac3cdad or you can send donations to Old National Bank c/o Kain Popkey Memorial Fund; PO Box 463, Manchester, MI. 48158.
