Parks Commission updates Carr Park sign

The beautiful sign at Carr Park was faded and weathered after seeing many years of the Michigan elements, and citizen Dwayne Vailliencourt decided to do something about it.
Last fall, the sign was removed from its posts, and Vailliencourt spent the winter repainting and refurbishing the sign that has represented the park for so many years. With the support of the Manchester Village Parks Commission and the Manchester Village DPW, the sign has now been replaced and proudly welcomes visitors to Carr Park once again.

Village DPW employees Brian Kunzelman and Brent Jones help Vailliencourt measure to get ready to replace the sign.

… and, done! Vailliencourt stands by his winter project. What’s next, Dwayne?
