Acorn’s first Thursday outdoor market this week

Join us for The Manchester Art Fair at Acorn’s Outdoor Market this Thursday, July 7, from 3pm to 6pm.

Come make your own lemon lime–print tea towel with the talented Joy Matthews from 3pm to 6pm, while supplies last. This make-and-take is only $5 per towel, with all proceeds going right back to Acorn. You can find Joy under the pergola.
There will also be many amazing vendors in attendance, including:
- Red Barn Garden & Home will have upcycled furniture, home decor and creations, antiques, and more
- Brenda Springs will have solar lights, hummingbird feeders, tea-cup bird feeders, birdhouses, fairy garden houses, garden decor, stepping stones
- Seeing Beauty Photos will have her local photography printed on greeting cards, T-shirts, and mugs
- BK Spin Art will have pre-made spin art as well as will take orders for custom spin art. Beau will also be selling different forms of painted art on canvases
- The Kat’s Meow will have handmade jewelry
- The MacDonald Brothers will play LIVE music from 3pm to 6pm
- Back by popular demand — Grand River Brewery will have their delicious food truck
- Anthro Apothecary will have their Herbal Hint flavor shakers as well as a few of their custom teas and natural bath and body products
- Peggy will be there with her lovely variety of towels, pot holders, hot pads, shopping bags, pet items, and so much more
- Sarah Wilczynski and Lauren Herdrich will be there on behalf of SRSLY, promoting their awesome programs. Sarah is the Mental Health Awareness and Training coordinator for Chelsea Hospital and Lauren is the Project Success counselor for MCS. They will be focusing on mental health while giving away popsicles and also hosting a free project — some fun art and positivity popsicle holders
- Lavender and Grace will have a lovely variety of unique perennials for any garden: 6 varieties of lavender, 20 different perennials, flower baskets, and more. They also have dried lavender and a lot of new soaps and lotion bars. Everything lavender and more!
- Cathy’s Bakery Cart will have rosemary bread, German pretzels, assorted cookies, angel food cake with coconut and almond flavor, and a variety of breads
- Meghan Guysinger, the 5 Healthy Towns Foundation Summer Nutrition Intern, will be there from 3pm to 4:30pm to talk about MyPlate and how to build a balanced meal
- Seasoning Solutions will be selling bread mixes, popcorn seasonings, dip mixes, seasonings/rubs, and meal kits
- Hoppy Soaps will have bath bombs, deodorant, chapstick, soap, and more
- Reyome Flower Farm is planning to attend as long as her flowers cooperate in blooming
Acorn’s Outdoor Market is every first Thursday, May–October, from 3pm to 6pm, right outside of Manchester Market. Plan to join us again for the next first Thursday on August 4 for Kidz Biz at Acorn’s Outdoor Market.
