Manchester student Skylyr Zink graduated with a degree in political science with minors in German and philosophy and concentrations in the Gerald R. Ford Institute for Leadership in Public Policy and Service and law, justice, and society. Zink is the child of Eric and Helena Zink of Manchester and is a graduate of Manchester High School.
