Popular Touch-A-Truck event returning to the fair for kids of all ages
submitted by the Manchester Community Fair Board
Have you ever wanted to….
• Sit in the driver’s seat of a fire engine?
• Climb aboard a tractor?
• Explore the inside of a school bus?
Well, put your imagination “in gear” and join us for our annual Touch-A-Truck event at the Manchester Community Fair. This event is perfect for kids of all ages and is sure to be loads of fun! Your little ones can climb and explore vehicles large and small. Children of all ages will get a firsthand opportunity to meet all the really cool work vehicles we see every day but don’t get the chance to touch or speak with their operators.
Join us Friday, August 12, from 2pm to 5pm at the Manchester Community Fair at 220 Vernon St for our Touch-A-Truck event. This is a great opportunity for the entire family to get up close and personal with almost any type of vehicle you can imagine. Be sure to bring your camera so you can capture fun photos of your kids as they marvel, climb, honk, and creatively explore more than 15 vehicles. In addition to all of the vehicles on display, kids can sign up for a chance to win a 10-person bowling party, courtesy of Station 300 Saline.
This event is free to all with your Friday $7 general admission to the fair with children 6 and under admitted free. For more information on Touch-A-Truck, or any other event at the Manchester Community Fair, please visit our website at manchesterfair.org and like us on our Facebook page.
