Time to register for youth football and cheerleading

Manchester Youth Football and Cheerleading registration is up and running. We’re excited to have Youth Cheerleading back this year. Ashley Rickert has stepped up to get that program back up and running.

For Youth Football, Kindergarten–2nd and 3rd–4th grades will play on Saturday mornings beginning September 17. An evaluation practice for those groups will be held September 10 as this helps us create equal teams among the groups. Times for that practice will be 10–10:45am for K–2nd and 11–11:45am for 3rd–4th. We’re planning on a 6-game season plus a bonus game under the lights, date tbd.

Our 5th and 6th grades will play in a “travel“ league with neighboring schools. Participating schools are still being finalized at this point. We hope to have that schedule soon. We’re always looking for those interested in coaching. If interested, you can indicate that when you register your child. We’re looking forward to a great community atmosphere for all the football and cheerleading kids this fall.
