Letter to the Editor: Thank you from the Manchester Knights of Columbus!

The Manchester K of C would like to thank the residents of Manchester and the surrounding community for their generous support of our Annual MI (Mentally Impaired) Drive! Better known as our annual “Tootsie Roll“ Drive, it was our 48th year of helping children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to the St. Louis Center in Chelsea. This wonderful facility feeds and houses 75–80 people who are mentally impaired.

A special thanks goes out to the following local businesses that graciously supported our fundraiser: Manchester Marathon, The Manchester Market, The Dollar General, Linda’s Diner, The Hungry Wolf, Manchester Eye Care Center, R.D. Kleinschmidt, Inc., Wolf’s Westside, Donnellon Insurance Agency, and Sutton Insurance Agency. Thank you!
