NOTICE OF PLAN AVAILABILITY FOR REVIEW

Manchester Township and the Village of Manchester are seeking public input regarding the 2023 Manchester Township / Village of Manchester Joint Parks & Recreation Master Plan. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources requires a minimum 30-day public review process as part of the master planning process. A formal public hearing for adoption of the Plan will be held upon completion of the 30-day review period. 

A hard copy of the draft master plan is available for review at the following locations:

• Manchester Township Hall, 275 South Macomb Street, Manchester
• Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester
• Manchester District Library, 912 City Road, Manchester
• The draft plan is also available online on the Township’s website at www.twp-manchester.org, on the Village website at www.vil-manchester.org, or can be directly accessed at https://www.calameo.com/read/00510767328fec2418125.
