NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
December 14th, 2022 7:00 PM
Food and Beverage Processing in the I-1 Zoning District

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 at 7:00pm at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the proposed amendment to the Manchester Village Zoning Ordinance to add manufacturing, processing, packaging or assembling of food products, bakery goods, candy and beverages to the uses permitted in the Limited Industrial district, I-1. The proposed ordinance is available at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for review. It is also available on the Village website, www.vil-manchester.org.

If you would like to comment and are unable to attend the public hearings, you may send written comments to the Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester MI 48158, or deliver them in person by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022.

The Manchester Village Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice to the Village.
