ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
February 6, 2023, 7:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the application for variance submitted by Thomas Morelli at 207 S. Clinton Street. The variance asks for relief from the denial of an application for a home occupation including making and fortifying wine. The application was denied due to the apparent extent of the occupation.

If you would like to comment on the application and are unable to attend the public hearing, you may send written comments to Julie Schaible, Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 6, 2023.

The Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days’ notice to the Village.
