Tea Tasting & Positive Reflections at the MDL
submitted by Laura Wohlgemuth
Nichole Jensen from Hand and Heartwork shared her Tea Tasting & Positive Reflections at the Manchester District Library (MDL) on Monday, March 6. Many gathered for the camaraderie and guided introspection while enjoying a sampling of locally blended, organic herbal teas!
Participants were able to relax, sit, and sip while learning about different herbs as well as when and why to use them. As everyone moved from tea to tea, it was also the perfect opportunity to take time to connect with the herbs as well as connect to each other with positive reflections. Doing this together invokes amplified feelings of health and wellness. Everyone left feeling connected, centered, and present.
Nichole, formulator and owner of Hand and Heartwork, has a passion for positive life practices and creating safe spaces for growth.
