Let the Men’s Club help you start a garden project this year!

Are you thinking this might be the year you’ll start a vegetable garden in your yard? Do you have a small plot you’d just love to clear out and plant a profusion of flowers?

It’s the Manchester Men’s Club to the rescue — again!

Just email your name, address, and phone number to awmahony@gmail.com by April 30 to get your name on the list. The club members will get back to you and set up a mutually agreeable time to come and roto-till your space so you’re set to go, once those plants are ready to be put in the ground (which, despite last week’s warmer weather, likely remains just a little too cold for those delicate little roots).

The cost is by donation, which helps the Men’s Club raise funds for some of their other projects they do throughout the year — ice skating party, corn roast, Easter Egg Hunt, and more — all of which benefit our community greatly.
