Treasa Rose Clemons (August 14, 1968 – May 3, 2023)

Treasa Rose Clemons, 54, found peace and gained her angel wings early morning on May 3, 2023 following a courageous year long battle with cancer.

Raised in Manchester, Treasa was born in Tecumseh August 14, 1968, the youngest child of Grover and Anna Rose. She married Shane Clemons in 2001.

She is survived by her husband Shane; their three sons: Emery Joseph, Shawn Adam and Lance Cleveland; and her cat LuLu. Also surviving are her four sisters: Jane (Michael) Finkbeiner, Kathy (Kevin) O’Mara, Linda Applegate, and Brenda (Scot) Dolan; sister in-law: Tammy (Steve) Bucher; brother in-law: Todd (Jessi) Clemons; aunts: Jackie and Irene; her nieces and nephews; great nieces; great nephew; several cousins; along with her co-workers; and many lifelong friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Grover and Anna; brother: Tommy Rose; brother in-laws: Tom Applegate and Shawn Clemons; and mother in-law: Judy Clemons. A wonderful person with a great sense of humor, she was known for her kindness and her dedication to family, friends and co-workers. Treasa will be missed by all that knew her. She loved to garden, her flowers were beautiful, and she always shared her vegetables with others.

All are invited to gather with the family for a celebration of Treasa’s life on Saturday May 20th, with visitation from 11am-noon, followed by a memorial tribute at the Emanuel Church Fellowship Hall located at 324 W. Main Street in Manchester. The family appreciates everyone who made a point to be a part of her journey this past year. A special thank you to her extended family, her employer, her co-workers, and friends.

The family also wants to thank all the doctors, nurses and the hospice staff for their care. With her love of flowers, consider planting a rose bush as a way to remember Treasa and all that she brought to your life. Memorial contributions may be made to Lenawee Hospice
