Local resident sworn in as Ingham County deputy

On May 9, 2023, John Gray Psarouthakis was sworn in as a new Ingham County Deputy and is assigned to the road patrol division. John is a 2017 graduate of Manchester Community Schools. He attended and graduated from Concordia University – Ann Arbor in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Justice and Public Policy. While attending the university, John was a scholarship athlete on the varsity soccer team as goalkeeper for four years.
John graduated from the Mid-Michigan Police Academy, where he was sponsored by the Ingham County Sheriff Department.
