ubmitted by Quintessa Gallinat, Manchester District Library

Join local artist Margaret Shaw at the Manchester District Library (MDL) and learn several approaches to make paper ornaments, gift tags, stationery, cards, and more! Begin by using a pattern, then design and cut your own. Recommended for ages 12+.

BYO supplies, if available:

  • small, sharp-pointed scissors
  • Mechanical pencil
  • Eraser
  • Interesting papers to explore (old book pages, sheet music, magazine pages, handwritten notes, etc.)

There will be extra tools and supplies, so come and explore even if you don’t have the supplies listed.

The MDL is located at 912 City Rd. Stop by the library or visit the event calendar for information about this and other great programs for all ages at the MDL. Questions? Call (734) 428-8045.
