The Manchester District Library (MDL) Dessert Through the Decades series continues with the 1980s on Wednesday, June 7, at 4pm in the Village Room. Chef Keegan of Lakehouse Bakery will share desserts and fun facts from the decade, as well as a treat for everyone to share. All ages are welcome. This eight-part series is generously sponsored by Worth Repeating. Advance registration is requested. Stop by the library or visit the event calendar for information about this and other great programs for all ages at the MDL. Manchester District Library is located at 912 City Road. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 10am–8pm; Friday, 10am–6pm; and Saturday, 10am–2pm. The most up-to-date hours and the latest news are always available on the MDL Website. MDL is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Trustees. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month in the lower level Village Council Chambers. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
