Library Summer Story Time
submitted by Quintessa Gallinat, Manchester District Library
The Manchester District Library (MDL) will continue to offer Story Time for young readers throughout the summer every Tuesday at 11am. Librarian Amelia and guests will offer a variety of stories, music, and hands-on activities. Story Time will meet either in the youth area of the library or in the green space across Hibbard Street based on weather conditions. Recommended for preschool and young elementary ages with an adult.
Stop by the library or visit the event calendar for information about this and other great programs for all ages at the MDL. Questions? Call (734) 428-8045. MDL is located at 912 City Rd. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 10am–8pm; Friday, 10am–6pm; and Saturday, 10am–2pm. The most up-to-date hours and the latest news are always available on the MDL Website. MDL is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Trustees. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month in the lower level Village Council Chambers. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
