Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts hold 9/11 remembrance event

2023 Manchester Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts 9/11 Community Day of Remembrance

Boy Scout Troop 426 and Cub Scout Pack 421 held a ceremony last Monday evening for a 9/11 Community Day of Remembrance near the tank at the American Legion. The 9/11 Community Day of Remembrance and Scout Salute is a widespread annual event providing an opportunity for families and communities to come together to remember and honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, as well as to thank and honor military, veterans, police, fire, and EMS personnel.
