The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:10pm. Five board members were present (quorum) with 0 absence. No citizen participation. The board approved the 3-Aug-23 meeting minutes as presented. The board approved the 28-Aug-23 special meeting minutes as presented. Board approved the agenda as presented. Rana Emmons, C.P.A. from PSLZ LLC, presented an overview of the fiscal year 2022–23 audit. The board heard from the Washtenaw County Prosecutor about his expungement program. The board approved claims listings of $75,047.78. The board approved the Bemis Road and the Sheridan Road culvert replacement contracts. The board approved the WCWRC memorandum of understanding agreement. Board heard Supervisor, Treasurer, and Trustee reports. Board received written reports from the Sheriff, Assessor, and Zoning Administrator. No citizen participation. The meeting adjourned at 9:48pm.
