SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

September 12, 2023, Regular Board Meeting
Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm
Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible; absent: none; 6 public in attendance
Board heard public comment, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.
Items approved:

1. Minutes for August 8, 2023
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To waive the citation fine sent to Steve Carson regarding the illegal fence.
4. To allow clerk to execute the agreement between Washtenaw County and Freedom Township to administer a joint early voting site.
5. To approve and have Supervisor Lindemann sign the Bridgewater and Freedom Township Agreement for Bemis Road Culvert, west of Eisman (C1432066) and Bemis roads, east of Ernst (C1433002).
6. Warrants
