Maker Night continues bi-monthly at the Library
submitted by Quintessa Gallinat, Manchester District Library
Makers in all mediums are invited to bring their latest project to the Manchester District Library (MDL) and get inspiration from other participants during Maker Nights. If you knit, crochet, quilt, sew, felt, weave, spin, paint, draw, sculpt, model, fold, glue, assemble, collect, display, or craft in any form, you are welcome to join, work, and socialize 6:30–8:30pm in the lower level conference room of the Community Building at 912 City Rd.
This is a great opportunity for beginners to get help from experienced practitioners or for small groups to work together on creative interests. This event happens monthly on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday with the next session being held on Wednesday, November 1. Recommended for ages 13+.
Stop by the library or visit the event calendar for information about this and other great programs for all ages at the MDL. Questions? Call (734) 428-8045. MDL is located at 912 City Rd. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 10am–8pm; Friday, 10am–6pm; and Saturday, 10am–2pm. The most up-to-date hours and the latest news are always available on the MDL website.
