Manchester held its 3rd Annual Witches Night Out on Saturday, bringing visitors in from all over for shopping, eating, drinking … and competing! Organizers Sue LaRocque, Merrill Guerra, and Kathy LaHaie, all three downtown business owners, held contests at the end of the night for Best Costume, Best Hat, and Best Cackle, and a drawing for a gift basket worth $400.
