Roof 14 Replacement Request for Proposal
PROPOSALS: Vendors are invited to submit sealed bids for replacement of a designated area of roofing for the Manchester Community School District located at 710 E. Main St, Manchester, MI 48158. Bids must be clearly marked “Roof 14 Replacement Bid” and addressed to the attention of Bryan Houttekier.
DUE DATE: Bids will be received until November 14th 11:00 am EST at the office of Bryan Houttekier, Manchester Community School District, 710 E. Main St, Manchester, MI 48158. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 1:00 p.m. on the same day. The School Board will not consider or accept any bid submitted after the due date and time.
PLANS: Are included in the bidding documents located on our website under public notice, request for proposal: https://www.manchesterschools.us/district/public-notice/. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday November 7th at 11:00 am EST at the above address.
