The Manchester Cooperative Preschool is proud to share that they are hosting their annual Chili Cook-off this year during Christmas in the Village weekend. Join them at the River Raisin Distillery (located at 480 W Main St in Manchester) on December 2 from 5 to 8pm. The event is open to everyone aged 18 and older! Enjoy a variety of delicious chilis, browse and bid on amazing silent and live auction items, and enjoy the company of many other friendly faces!

Some of the items up for bidding include: high-end salon treatments, professional teeth whitening, Kendra Scott jewelry, passes to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Outdoor Adventure Center, gift cards, gift baskets, and discounts to a variety of businesses and attractions in the local and surrounding areas in addition to the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth, which offers fun for all ages!

It’s a great opportunity to get some holiday shopping taken care of and support the preschool program as well!

Chili cookers and donations are being accepted until November 21. To enter the chili cooking competition for $25 (and possibly win some Christmas cash!) or to make a donation for the event, please contact them via email: manchestercp123@gmail.com

For as little as $1 a month, you can keep Manchester-focused news coverage alive.
