NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manchester Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Manchester Township Hall Board Room, located at 275 South Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158, on November 30, 2023, at 6:30 pm. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed variance on premises zoned AR, Rural Agricultural, located at 17188 English Road, parcel number P-16-21-200-030. The applicant is seeking relief of side and rear yard setback requirement, per Section 5.04(E)(2), from the required thirty (30) feet to approximately ten (10) feet, for the development of a detached accessory structure. Detailed plans for review and written comments regarding the proposed variance should be directed to the Manchester Township Clerk at Manchester Township, 275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158.
