MUMC celebrates retirement of organist

On Sunday, November 26, Manchester United Methodist Church will celebrate the musical ministry of Noreen Wolcott during and after the 10:30am worship service. Noreen has been an integral part of the music ministry since her hiring in November 2002. She will be retiring at the end of November.

In honor of Noreen’s 21 years of faithful service, there will be a special worship service created and directed by Noreen. Multiple special musicians will be in attendance to collaborate and celebrate with Noreen. Expect to hear various accomplished vocalists, instrumentalists, and ensembles using their talents in worship of God and in honor of Noreen’s ministry. 

After the service is over (approximately 11:30am), there will be a reception in the church fellowship hall to thank Noreen for her ministry. 

Manchester United Methodist Church welcomes anyone who would like to worship God, thank Noreen, or enjoy fabulous musical offerings to attend the service and reception on November 26, beginning at 10:30am. The church is located at 501 Ann Arbor St in Manchester next to Klager Elementary.
