Charles Edward Moore (1933 – 2023)

Charles Edward Moore of Manchester, age 90, went to be with the Lord and his beloved wife, Eula Lee Moore, on December 20, 2023. He is survived by his children, Edward Ray Moore, Ronald Lee Moore, and Connie Elaine Goodman; four grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald Moore and Ester Moore; sisters, Estaleen Moore and Wanita May; and several nieces and nephews. Charles was preceded in death by his loving wife of 71 years; parents, Hobert and Bertha Moore; and six siblings. Charles retired from Ford Motor Company with 31 years of service. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a country man with plenty of animals and a garden, and a church deacon of 42 years. Funeral services will be held at 11am Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Community Bible Church, 8400 Sharon Hollow Road, Manchester, MI 48158 with visitation from 10am until the time of service. Pastor Ron Clark will officiate. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Manchester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org.
