Participants announced, raffle & tea party added to Community Health Fair

With the new year comes New Year’s resolutions. And top of that list is HEALTH!

On Saturday, January 27, from 10:30am to 1pm, the Village Room will turn into a one-stop shop for all those looking to improve their health for a fresh and healthy 2024. Come meet multiple organizations and businesses that provide different opportunities for you to be in your best health for 2024! Participants include Jazzercize, TOPS, Exhale Yoga, Move and Groove with Chelsea Ballet, Hand & Heartwork, Dance With Heart Studios, Adult Learners Institute, SRSLY, DoTerra Essential Oils, Medicare, ACA health insurance, and more.

There will also be a raffle with winners drawn at 12:30pm. Prizes include one month’s free membership to Jazzercize, one free dance class at Dance With Heart Studios, one free yoga class at Exhale Yoga, a $5 Millie’s gift card, an essential oil diffuser, a free class at Adult Learners Institute, a water bottle, a hoodie, and so much more!

Directly after the Manchester Community Health Fair, Hand & Heartwork will host a free healthy tea party as a kickoff for a positive and intentional 2024. Join Nichole upstairs in the Library Lounge for this delightful event at 1pm on Saturday, January 27.
