NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
February 12, 2024, 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester City Hall, 912 City, Manchester, MI 48158.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow public comment on the re-zoning of parcel #16-16-01-300-003 located at 735 Granger Street, between Furnace Street, Sunset Street, and Summit Street, Adrian Street, and Parr Street, currently owned by Kristina A. Way. The request is to change the zoning from R-1A- Single Family Residential (Low Density) to AG, Agriculture District. Application for rezoning may be reviewed at the City of Manchester Offices, located at 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158.

If you would like to comment and are not able to attend the meeting, you may send written comments to the City Clerk, 912 City, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2024.

The Manchester City Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Manchester City Clerk at (734) 428-7877.
