St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Manchester, is excited to announce that its delicious fish fry dinners are back this year with a twist. In addition to the DRIVE-THRU/TAKE-OUT line at St. Mary Parish Center, 108 Madison St, in historic Manchester, we will open the basement of St. Mary’s Church for anyone who wants to bring their take-outs and eat at the tables in the hall. St. Mary will provide pitchers of water and paper cups, but nothing more to eat or drink and no dishware or utensils.

Enjoy a delicious fish dinner each Friday in Lent (with the exception of Good Friday, March 29) from February 16, 2024, through March 22, 2024, from 3:30pm to 7pm. The menu includes 4 pieces of beer-battered, deep-fried (not baked) Pacific cod, tartar sauce, french fries, coleslaw, a dinner roll, and a homemade cookie. The cost is $15. Cash or check only, please.

To pick up dinners, please travel west on Main Street, turn right at Macomb Street (north), and then turn right again (east) on Madison Street. You will pay in the back of the building, leave by the west driveway, and pick up your dinners at the front of the Parish Center, just before exiting the driveway.

For as little as $1 a month, you can keep Manchester-focused news coverage alive.
