NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manchester Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Manchester Township Hall Board Room, located at 275 South Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158, on March 14, 2024, at 6:30 pm. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed variance on premises zoned AR, Rural Agricultural, located at 13150 Sharon Hollow Road, parcel number P-16-29-100-033. The applicant is seeking relief of the setback requirement, per section 20.07 – Variance of Article 5.0 AR-Rural Agricultural District setback defined in Section 5.04(E)(1), from the required Front Yard minimum setback of sixty (60) feet to approximately forty-five (45) feet on an existing structure.  Detailed plans for review and written comments regarding the proposed variance should be directed to the Manchester Township Clerk at Manchester Township, 275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158.
